• 2. The contact details are used to get in touch with you if there are any problems with your site(s) or account. We also use them to let you know how much money you've earned.
• 3. Every profile will be reviewed and it will be determined whether the profile is legitimate or not. Anyone caught cheating will not be paid and will be banned immediately.
• 4. Chargeback / creditback ratios refer to the amount of refunds that you give to your customers. This should not exceed more than 7% of your customers that have paid in full. A high chargeback / creditback ratio will lead to the cancellation of your commission.
• 5. You will earn $2 per confirmed profile under the Pay-Per-Lead option. If you complete less than 50 profiles, you will receive $2 per confirmed profile. However, if you complete more than 50 profiles, you must meet the 2% paid membership rate to receive $2 per completed profile. If you complete more than 50 profiles but the paid membership ratio is less than 2%, we will provide commission through our paid per sale option.
• 6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: As an Affiliate Partner, you are not allowed to place any content that may violate other parties' copyright, trademark, trade-name, patent or other intellectual property rights. You agree that you shall be wholly responsible for any liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and costs (including but not limited to attorney's fees) caused directly or indirectly by your use or violation of another party's copyright, trademark, trade-name, patent or other intellectual property rights.
